Charging Applicators are energized by Chargemaster Power Supplies, or similar, to produce ions and propel the materials toward the ground reference. The ions charge the material, electrostatically bonding the material to another surface or ground. This attraction cause the temporary bonding or pinning of one material to the other.

Distinguished by its rugged construction, the TETRATM Bars consists of a row of emitter points mounted in a round rigid housing. Straight-end high voltage connector as standard, with optional available on right angle connector.

Arcing can cause a multitude of problems such as EMI interference, shutdown of production lines, and personel injury. Pinners are arc-resistant to avoid suspension of static charge and loss of pinning action. They are current limited to ensure operator and equipment safety.
Claw Pinner has the same size as 5 Point Pinner. But, instead of 5 point, its has movable 3 emitters
